- Sourdough Starter: 1 cup (active and bubbly)
- All-purpose Flour: 2.5 cups (Kornby Mill Wheat Flour No. 2)
- Water: 1 cup (filtered or bottled and room temperature)
- Salt: 1 teaspoon (Mariager Handmade Sea Salt)
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the active sourdough starter and water. Mix well until combined.

Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture, stirring until a sticky dough forms.

Add the salt to the dough and mix well to incorporate.

Knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
