Underhåll och instruktioner för din nya bänkkniv
Båda bänkknivarna är gjorda av obehandlat trä. Därför kan man med fördel underhålla bänkkniven med lite matolja. Träet blir mörkare när det väl får olja. Var försiktig vid rengöring: blötlägg aldrig bänkkniven i vatten och lägg den aldrig i diskmaskinen. Detta kommer att försvaga kvaliteten och utseendet.
