Cesta elevadora, ovalada / ranurada
Este tipo de cesto de levadura es indispensable para leudar pan de masa fermentada de larga duración y libre de reposo. También es la cesta de levadura en el mercado con la que hemos tenido la mejor experiencia en el horneado de masa madre. La cesta se espolvorea con harina sin gluten antes de su uso para que la masa no se pegue. No debe lavarse, sino secarse completamente después de su uso.
También disponible con tela como opción.
La canasta de crianza se produce en pulpa de madera natural, de árboles que han crecido en silvicultura sostenible y están libres de aditivos químicos.
La cesta es adecuada para masa de 800-1000 g.
