Cuchillo rascador en ceniza
Una herramienta indispensable en el proceso de la masa madre que le da a sus panes hermosos saltos y patrones al horno, después de su cabeza.
El cuchillo rascador fue desarrollado y hecho a mano por Jan, quien es carpintero y un carpintero experto. Cada cuchillo es único y está hecho de madera reciclada de diferentes tipos de madera.
Cuando la cuchilla de afeitar afilada no está en uso, es fácil de esconder, abriendo y bloqueando la función de corrector en la madera, reduciendo así el riesgo de corte.
Se recomienda engrasar la madera con el tiempo, para prolongar la vida útil.
