パンラメ（オーク）
サワードウプロセスに欠かせないツールで、パンに美しいオーブンスプリングとパターンを与えます。
パンのラメは、大工で熟練した木彫家のJanAndersenによって開発および手作りされています。各ナイフはユニークで、デンマークの林業の持続可能な木材で作られています。
鋭利なかみそりの刃を使用しないときは、木材のコンシーラー機能を開いてロックすることで簡単に隠すことができ、切断のリスクを軽減できます。ただし、注意してください！
新しいパンラメのメンテナンスと手順
すべてのパンのラメは未処理の木材でできています。したがって、少量の中性食用油を使用すると、パンのラメの寿命を延ばすことができます。その後、色が少し暗くなり、木の構造が表示されます。
かみそりの刃が磨耗したら交換します。同じブレードを最大4回使用できます。
ラメを水に浸したり、食器洗い機に入れたりしないでください。
注意：これはおもちゃではありません！子どもの手の届かない所において下さい。刃は非常に鋭利であり、子供や道具を扱えない人の近くに置かないでください。
