新しいベンチナイフのメンテナンスと手順
両方のベンチナイフは未処理の木材で作られています。したがって、少量の食用油でベンチナイフを有利に維持することができます。油を塗ると木は暗くなります。掃除の際は注意してください。ベンチナイフを水に浸したり、食器洗い機に入れたりしないでください。これにより、品質と外観が鈍くなります。
