Unsere Bankmesser werden in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen, engagierten Handwerkern hergestellt. Hergestellt aus nachhaltigem Holz mit einer Stahlplatte und mit Messingschrauben befestigt. Perfekt zum Schneiden Ihres Teigs oder zum Reinigen des Tisches bei der Arbeit mit Sauerteig.
Wartung und Anleitung für Ihr neues Bankmesser
Beide Bankmesser sind aus unbehandeltem Holz. Daher kann man das Tischmesser vorteilhaft mit etwas Speiseöl pflegen. Das Holz wird dunkler, sobald es Öl bekommt. Seien Sie vorsichtig bei der Reinigung: Tauchen Sie das Bankmesser niemals in Wasser oder geben Sie es in die Spülmaschine. Dadurch werden Qualität und Aussehen beeinträchtigt.
